What Drives Us

TZC plays an integral role in the Toronto Jewish community, proudly advocating for Israel and supporting the well-being of Canadian Jewry. Our efforts focus on building bridges, educating, and uniting our community through advocacy and action.

Supporting Grassroots Initiatives

The TZC supports many Toronto grassroots organizations that strengthen both our community and Israel. We offer assistance through physical space at our Marlee location, resources, and some funding to empower these vital initiatives.

Standing with Israel

During the 2023 war in Israel, the TZC provided material support to the weekly Rally for Israel at Bathurst and Sheppard in Toronto. This rally supports Israel’s soldiers, hostages, their families, and the local Jewish community. It continues to receive local, national, and international recognition as possibly the longest-running weekly pro-Israel rally in the world. The TZC remains dedicated to supporting Israel, amplifying Jewish voices, standing up for our values, and ensuring every member of our community feels heard, protected, & empowered.
